This policy explains what personal information we collect on nadeauprod.com, why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are.

What we collect, and why

When you fill out the form on nadeauprod.com, we collect only this:

• Votre nom : pour savoir à qui nous parlons
• Votre numéro de téléphone : pour vous rappeler
• Votre courriel : pour vous écrire et confirmer le rendez-vous
• Votre région (chosen from a list) : pour savoir où vous travaillez
• Votre volume de transactions (chosen from a list) : pour savoir si notre système convient à votre situation
• Votre budget (chosen from a list) : pour proposer quelque chose de réaliste

Nothing else

We do not ask for your date of birth, social insurance number, or banking information. We do not buy lists, and we do not collect anything without your knowledge.

How this information reaches us

Our only means of collection are the website form, which you fill out voluntarily.

Cookies and tracking tools

These tools are active on the site. We name them here so you know exactly what runs during your visit:

• An audience measurement tool operated by JNT Productions, which sets no cookie and does not track your browsing across other websites
• The Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets a cookie and lets Meta recognize your browsing across websites in order to measure our advertising

What the site keeps in your browser

The site saves a few settings on your device. They go nowhere and are not used to identify you:

• lastExternalReferrer : set by the Meta pixel: the site you arrived from
• lastExternalReferrerTime : set by the Meta pixel: when that arrival happened
• np_schedule_envoye : on the confirmation page only: remembers that your appointment was already counted, so it is not counted twice. Cleared when you close the tab

Who your information is shared with

We do not sell or rent your information. Apart from the advertising tools named above, we do not trade it with anyone for advertising. It goes to the providers that let us operate:

• GoHighLevel, for gestion de la relation client: vos coordonnées et vos réponses, pour que votre demande soit suivie et ne se perde pas
• Google (Gmail), for acheminement du courriel: le contenu de votre demande, livré dans la boîte de courriel de l'entreprise
• Vercel, for hébergement du site: les données techniques de votre visite
• JNT Productions, for conception du site et mesure de fréquentation: les pages consultées, sans témoin ni identifiant personnel
• Meta (Facebook), for mesure de nos publicités: les pages que vous consultez et le fait qu'un rendez-vous soit pris, rattachés à votre navigateur

Where this information is processed

These providers are North American companies. Your information may therefore be processed or hosted in North America, in particular for website hosting and message delivery.

We choose providers that contractually commit to protecting your information and to using it only for the service they provide to us.

Who has access

Your information arrives in Nadeauprod's email inbox and is read by the people who handle requests. The website makes it available to no one else.

How long we keep it

The website itself keeps nothing: it has no database. Your message is passed along, and the site no longer holds it.

Once received, your information is kept by Nadeauprod for as long as needed to answer you and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law. It is then destroyed.

You can ask us to delete it sooner: see your rights, below.

How it is protected

The site is served entirely over HTTPS: what you type is encrypted between your browser and us. Access to the inboxes and tools that receive your information is password-protected and limited to the people who need it.

No system is infallible. If an incident affected your information and posed a serious risk, we would notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as the law requires.

Refusing, and what it changes

Filling out the form is voluntary. If you would rather not type anything online, call or email us: we will then only have what you tell us. The only effect of refusing is that we cannot reply to you in writing.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without having to explain yourself.

Your rights

Quebec law gives you the right, regarding your personal information, to:

• know what we hold and obtain a copy of it (access)
• have anything inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous corrected (rectification)
• withdraw your consent and ask us to stop using it
• ask for its deletion
• ask to receive it in a common computerized format (portability)

How to exercise these rights

Write to us at nadeauprod@gmail.com. We reply within the 30 days set by law. We may need to verify your identity before releasing information: that is to protect you.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca), which has the power to review your file.
